After long thought, I realize I cannot give justice, in words, for the hard work Sally Ward did for us in purchasing a home. We were originally assigned a realtor from Sheboygan Falls from our relocation company. When they asked me what is Prairie View , I knew I needed a local realtor from Cedarburg. So Sally was selected for us. Sally provided us exactly what we were looking for to purchase a home. Two things we really appreciated about her. She is part of the local realtor community and was able to show us homes before they were listed on the MLS. Wow. But more important, once we placed an offer, she was completely over every detail of every document and transaction that occurred. She spotted every risk that came up. And provided us guidance that without, the final purchase could have gone the wrong way. I cannot provide evidence of the care she had through out the process of buying a home. I am 52, I have bought 6 properties, and no of the other realtors I have used come remotely close to the work she did.

Upon request, Sally provided names of contractors who were able to complete the tasks in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the buyers.
